I was searching for a good dentist who can identify my dental issues and treat with dignity, respect and proper communication. I tried with few dental practices across Perth and had a disappointing experience. When I went through few dental practices my dental condition went worse and worse and there was no sign of improvement. The cost estimate that I have offered to me was so expensive and beyond the reach of normal working-class people. The Dentist that I went to for my dental treatment did not provide me with enough information and did not want to communicate and explain the problem and how it is going to be treated. I was so frustrated in this whole experience as my dental health was getting worse and I cannot eat properly. During the treatment, my tooth was get extracted due to the wrong practice. I was researching on google to find a dental practice and Dentist to whom I can trust and go for a treatment. I found one practice and that was Dental Gigi in East Victoria Park located on Albany Highway. I booked my first appointment with Dr Sadha Shiv Gupta. I was a little hesitant as I had a bitter experience in my previous dental treatment with few Dentists. But to my surprise, I was exceptionally happy with my first appointment with Dr Gupta. The best thing I found about him was that Dr Gupta was welcoming, possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication with the patient and provide assurance about the treatment. Because of his communication skills and understanding, and fine hands I felt that my dental problems has been solved before the actual treatment. Such a positive experience I had never felt with my previous dentists. After my first appointment, I had two more follow up treatments and my problems have been fixed with a fraction of the amount of money that I was been told and got estimation from my previous Dentists. This experience was unbelievable. I found myself so lucky that finally, I came to the right place with an amazing human being and Dentist Dr Sada Shiv Gupta.
